What is your delivery policy?
Our deliveries are scheduled for on or before 3pm. If our rider is unable to reach you and the delivery fails, a reattempt fee will apply. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth, timely service. Thank you!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery in select cities across the countries we serve, Monday - Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available in select areas. Delivery timelines may vary by location. Please check your city's availability at checkout.

Yes you can! While we offer standard arrangements, we're happy to work with you to create a custom bouquet if so desired.
What is your return policy?
Since we're a fresh flower company, we're committed to ensuring you receive beautiful, quality blooms. If there's an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we'll gladly replace it immediately. However, once flowers are unwrapped or removed from their original packaging, we can't accept returns. As a gesture, we're happy to offer options like free delivery on your next order or a discount on future purchases
