What is your delivery policy?
Our deliveries are scheduled for on or before 3pm. If our rider is unable to reach you and the delivery fails, a reattempt fee will apply. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth, timely service. Thank you!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, Monday - Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available in select areas. We also offer delivery in Benin, Kaduna and Ibadan as long as you place your order 24 hours before the delivery date.Interstate delivery is also available depending on the state. We deliver to Abeokuta, Asaba, Owerri, Auchi among others.
Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Yes you can! While we offer standard arrangements, we're happy to work with you to create a custom bouquet if so desired.
What is your return policy?
Since we're a fresh flower company, we're committed to ensuring you receive beautiful, quality blooms. If there's an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we'll gladly replace it immediately. However, once flowers are unwrapped or removed from their original packaging, we can't accept returns.
