• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept card payments as we have partnered with Paystack to offer seamless payment methods. Also bank transfer to our designated account number are accepted.

• What is your delivery policy?

  Our deliveries are scheduled for on or before 3pm. If our rider is unable to reach you and the delivery fails, a reattempt fee will apply. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth, timely service. Thank you!

• Do you offer same-day delivery?

  Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin and Enugu, Monday - Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available in select areas. We also offer delivery in Kaduna as long as you place your order 24 hours before the delivery date.Interstate delivery is also available depending on the state. We deliver to Abeokuta, Asaba, Owerri, Auchi among others.

• Can I customize my flower arrangement?

  Yes you can! While we offer standard arrangements, we're happy to work with you to create a custom bouquet if so desired.

  Since we're a fresh flower company, we're committed to ensuring you receive beautiful, quality blooms. If there's an issue with your order due to an error on our end, we'll gladly replace it immediately. However, once flowers are unwrapped or removed from their original packaging, we can't accept returns. As a gesture, we're happy to offer options like free delivery on your next order or a discount on future purchases
